Every review identifies the governing law named in the contract itself and reports it back to you. You can also pick a jurisdiction to test enforceability against: 12 are supported, across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. It'll then judge each clause under that law, flagging non-competes, liquidated damages, and notice periods that wouldn't hold up there. If the contract's own governing law is different from the one you picked, or it names none at all, that gets flagged too. Available on every plan, including free.

Yes. The file itself never leaves your browser; only the extracted text is sent to produce your review, and it is discarded as soon as the review is written. It is never used to train models. What we keep is the review, and you can delete any of them, or your whole account, from your settings at any time.

The free plan has no card and no commitment, so there is nothing to cancel. Paid plans are still on the way; when they launch, cancelling will be self-serve from your settings, no email required.

One uploaded document — however many pages — counts as a single review, including its full analysis, PDF report and share link. Re-running a contract after the other side sends edits counts as a new review, since it is read fresh from the top. Free accounts get three a month, and the count resets monthly.
